Sotinski Hill 418 m

Sotinski Breg is a hill in the far northern part of the Goričko region, near the border with Austria. At 418 meters above sea level, it is the highest peak in Prekmurje.

It is a popular destination for day trips and hiking among locals and tourists from all over Slovenia, and it has recently become a new checkpoint on the Pomurje Mountain Trail.

The view from Sotinski Breg stretches far and wide, and if you climb the 17-meter-high observation tower, your view will extend even further—to northeastern Slovenia, parts of Austria, Hungary, and Croatia.

Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly greeted by the bull named ADAM.

On the hill, there is a shop offering refreshments, coffee, ice cream, souvenirs, and delicacies from local farms.

After a strenuous hike, you can relax in comfortable wooden benches surrounded by unspoiled nature.
