Combine water slides, pools and downtime at Istralandia near Brtonigla. This seasonal park needs a calendar check before travelling.
Istralandia suits a day when swimming alone is not quite enough. Near Brtonigla, its outdoor pools and slide towers create a playground for visitors who enjoy moving between activities. The attraction is the choice: quicker rides for some, a quieter poolside pause for others.
Family rides, a wave pool and children’s water areas feature in the offer. Start with the park map and match activities to each visitor’s height, swimming ability and confidence. A child’s admission ticket does not make every ride suitable.

We suggest leaving most of the day free and building shade breaks into the plan. Pack swimwear, towels and sun protection. Compare the full cost, including parking and any lockers, rather than admission alone; online offers can differ from gate prices.
Last published season, 2026: 29 May–13 September; closed 2, 9 and 16 June. May, June and September 10–17; July and August 10–18. This season had ended by our October check; next season’s schedule is not confirmed.
Gate prices for the completed 2026 season: over 1.20 m €37.95; height 0.90–1.20 m and over 70s €29.95; under 0.90 m free. Afternoon ticket €25; parking €2.95. Online prices vary. These are not confirmed 2027 prices.
Each slide has its own height and use restrictions. Under-14s need an accompanying adult.
The suggested duration is an editorial allowance for an unhurried visit, not an official tour length. For a family outing, choose a few details to explore together and leave time for questions. Before travelling, check current hours, admission and booking arrangements on the official website linked below. Ask the operator about pushchairs, toilets and dog access; their availability is not confirmed in this guide. Follow signs and staff instructions at the site.
