Vrbnik is one of the most photogenic places on Krk and a strong choice if you enjoy stone old centres, viewpoints and a more historic coastal atmosphere.

The village stands high above the sea, so the setting already makes an impression before you even enter the old core. Inside, you find narrow lanes, stone houses and a distinctly local feel connected with the island’s long wine tradition, especially the Žlahtina variety.
It works well as a standalone shorter trip or as a stop on a wider route through the eastern part of Krk.
